Mr. Macha holds a bachelor degree of science in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Dar es Salaam, advanced diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Accountants and Auditors (ACCA), and a masters degree in Business Administration (Corporate Management) from the Mzumbe University. He is also a Chartered Accountant (ACCA–UK), Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T), with over 10 years of professional experience in assurance services, insurance services, accounting services and other financial services. He has held key senior leadership roles at various multinational companies including at PwC Tanzania, one of the world’ s leading professional services firms, and at Old Mutual Company Limited, a prominent financial services group in Africa.
